Due to our abundant work load and even more strict regulations handed down from the USDA, Winner's Meats will only be accepting boneless deer again this year.
Matt Harrison who works at our Greenville location operates a business at his residence in Hollansburg, Ohio called "Short-Cuts Deer Processing" and he can skin and bone out your deer for you if needed. He then will bring us your boneless meat to make the various products for you we offer. You can contact him at 1-937-997-2184 at his residence. Boneless meat may be fresh or frozen, but all must be clean of blood and hair or we will not accept it!
If we have to go through it to clean it in order to process it there will be a processing charge!
Please bring your tag number along with your meat. This number is needed for proof that a license was held when this deer was taken. It is also kept for our records for when the Game Warden stops in to check.
