Porchetta Primata is proud to announce the availability of traditional Italian Porchetta to the US marketplace. It begins with the pig. We are partnered with pork producers in Washington County Kentucky and Darke County Ohio to raise animals to meet strict specifications. They are then harvested and hand deboned in a classic manner. Traditional manufacturing techniques are then applied. This includes hand seasoning and sewing, roasting, cooling and packaging. The end result is a natural artisan product from an animal that is hormone free and traceable directly to the farm. The flavor profile is completely unique.
